How I work · What you get

No off-the-shelf frameworks. No half-measures.

Every engagement starts with a single question: what does this business actually need to grow? The answer determines the model, the scope, and the outcomes we hold ourselves to.

Fractional CRO

Embedded revenue leadership

For growth-stage companies that need a senior CRO without a full-time hire. I step into the seat, owning pipeline, team performance, and revenue strategy, and operate as if I built the business myself.

Track 2 · Strategic partnership

Revenue Advisory

A trusted senior revenue perspective

For founders and executives who need senior revenue judgment without an embedded engagement, pressure-testing GTM assumptions, sharpening positioning, and helping you decide faster.

GTM Strategy & Positioning

Sharpen your go-to-market narrative, refine your ICP, and build the strategic foundation for a revenue motion that scales beyond the founder.

Engagement models

How the partnership is structured.

Fractional

Ongoing embedded leadership at a set cadence. For companies that need a CRO in the seat right now.

Retainer

Dedicated hours each month, typically 3 to 12 months. Scope and cadence set at kickoff, adjusted as the business evolves.

Project-based

A scoped engagement with defined deliverables, a GTM overhaul, a pre-raise audit, a post-acquisition integration sprint.

I use AI to compress the build, not just the pitch. What used to take a full hire and a quarter now takes weeks.

Common questions
What's the difference between the two tracks?

Track 1 (Fractional CRO) is embedded leadership, I take the seat and own the revenue outcome. Track 2 (Revenue Advisory) is strategic partnership, I work alongside your team to sharpen decisions without holding the operational reins. Many engagements start in one and evolve into the other.

How long is a typical engagement?

Retainer engagements usually run 3 to 12 months. Project-based work is scoped to a specific outcome and timeline agreed upfront. Fractional engagements are ongoing at a set cadence. We right-size it to what the business actually needs.

What is sales process optimization?

It's the systematic diagnosis of where deals stall, where revenue leaks, and where your team is leaving money on the table, followed by the process changes that fix the root cause, not the symptom. Think deal velocity, win/loss analysis, and process redesign.

How does AI factor into your engagements?

I use it to move faster, not to replace judgment. AI accelerates the sales process design, CRM buildout, and reporting infrastructure I'd otherwise build by hand, so you get a working revenue engine sooner, often without the hire it would normally take to get there.

Which track is right for me?

If you need someone to own the number, that's Track 1. If you have a capable team and need senior judgment on the hard calls, that's Track 2. Not sure? That's exactly what the first conversation is for.

Not sure which track fits? Let's figure it out.
